| A year after Chibi-Usa returned from completing her training in the 20th century, a mysterious ailment began to trickle into the lives of the people of Crystal Tokyo. People became more aggressive, and violence between people began to occur on a large scale. Then, just as it hit a breaking point, everything stopped. Chibi-Usa, now Lady Serenity, woke up to find herself completely alone. Everyone in the palace - her family, her friends - lay on the ground, and nothing could wake them up. Trying to find a solution, she turns to Sailor Pluto down in the basement of the palace, and found Sailor Pluto struggling to stay awake. Before the guardian of time finally succumbed, she told the shocked girl that a blast of dark energy had come from Nemesis - by this time considered a peaceful ally without Wiseman's influence - and had sickened everyone with negative energy. The only person not affected by this was the princess, due to her previous existence as Black Lady. Now it's up to her to save her world - and save Nemesis - from whatever has come, in the form she never wanted to revisit. Black Lady has returned. |
